In 1978, Mark and Neil Manke took the experience they had gained working in the family business at Don’s Marine and formed their own company to meet the marine contracting needs of southern Wisconsin. Quickly, everyone knew that “The Manke brothers” were the ones to go to for installations and marine recovery. Over the last 30 years, Manke Enterprises has grown and is now servicing over a dozen lakes in southern Wisconsin. They now have 4 crews and 2 custom-built crane barges working year-round, on the lakes and off.
