I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with the necessary materials. It is distinctly understood that all labor and materials so used shall be charged to this job at current billing rates. You and your employees may operate above equipment for the purpose of testing, inspecting, or delivering at my risk. An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged to secure the amount of repairs thereto. It is understood that this company assumes no responsibility for loss or damage by fire or theft or weather hazards incidental to equipment or materials place with them for sale, repair, or water testing. If legal action is necessary to enforce this contract I will pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred. All payments are C.O.D. unless prior arrangements are made.
